I'm happily employed in Lokku-Nestoria as a software engineer. I hold a BSc and MSc in Computer Science from the University of Bologna.

During and immediately after my MSc programme, I've studied and worked in companies and institutions around Europe. These include the University of Cambridge, Deutsche Telekom Laboratories, the University of St Andrews, and NEC Laboratories Europe. I've also contributed to a paper about cellular traffic offloading through Wi-Fi networks in metropolitan areas, which was presented in IEEE MASS 2011, Valencia.

I currently enjoy programming in Perl and C. I'm author and maintainer of the File::CleanupTask CPAN module. You can find other publicly-available code in my github repositories.

I was born in December 1984 in Bisceglie, a small town on the Adriatic Sea in Apulia, Italy but I'm actually from Barletta.

I love Japanese culture and lifestyle, and therefore I'm curious of all their things like martial arts, origami, food, language, tea ceremony, history and so on... I also play chess with passion, throw boomerang, play ping-pong.
